Spaces available for rent; proceeds benefit Historical Museum’s conservation, programming efforts
DEARBORN – Local treasure hunters and antique enthusiasts are in for a treat this summer as the Dearborn Historical Museum invites the public to its 10th annual Museum Guild Garage sale July 25 to 27.
The fundraiser is at the historic McFadden-Ross House, 915 S. Brady St., from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 25 and 26, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m July 27.
The three-day event will include furniture, antiques and more, with proceeds benefitting the museum’s historical conservation efforts and community programming. Funds raised contribute to the upkeep and preservation of the museum’s facilities, as well as community events.
Spaces sized 12 feet by 12 feet are available to rent for those interested in selling their unwanted possessions at the garage sale. The space is $25 for one day, $35 for two days or $50 for all three days.
