DEARBORN — Henry Ford College will host a pre-education orientation session for pre-education majors and others interested in education from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 11 in the Liberal Arts Building of the main campus, 5101 Evergreen.

Comprehensive program information will be presented, as well as the opportunity to get certified in using Stop the Bleed kits.

This orientation session is designed to help prospective students understand HFC’s pre-education program and will help new students stay on track. It will detail program requirements and recommendations for all students who are interested in pursuing a career in education.

“If you are a pre-education major and have program, course, MTA, or transfer questions, this is an event you don’t want to miss,” said Patricia Lanzon, HFC pre-education director and education professor.

Admission is free, and open to anyone interested in pre-education. For questions or further information, contact Lanzon at 313-317-1532 or [email protected]
