Riverview swears in new recruits

Newly sworn-in Riverview police Officer William Baiocco (left) with Police Chief Clifford Rosebohm and newly sworn-in Officer Kaitlyn Harkai. The two were sworn in Sept. 18 by 27th District Court Judge Elizabeth DiSanto. Both are graduates of the Washtenaw Police Academy. Baiocco is a graduate of Saline High School and has an applied sciences degree from Washtenaw Community College. Harkai is a graduate of Flat Rock High School, and has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Starting the week of Sept. 22, both will begin three to four months of field training with senior officers.
