A Dearborn resident (left) speaks with Ford Land Global Campus Master Planning Manager Christopher Small and a Ford Land employee about the Ford Dearborn Campus Transformation project during a community meeting Sept. 25 at the Ford Product Development Center, 21175 Oakwood Blvd. The model shows Ford’s vision for a transformed Research & Engineering Center designed by the architect firm Snohetta and is slated to be complete by the end of 2022. According to a press release, Ford plans to build a high-tech, efficient, forward-thinking campus for thousands of its designers, engineers, product development workers and the public on the site where its 66-year-old Product Development Center currently sits.
