All Wayne County Commission meetings are being conducted electronically via the website and app Zoom until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s executive order regarding public gatherings.
Meetings are accessible to the public on computer, laptop and tablet as well as by telephone and smartphone.
Meetings will be held in compliance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Wayne County Commission Chair Alisha Bell (D-Detroit) said.
“County business must continue, even in extraordinary times like these,” Bell said. “The public will have the opportunity to submit comments and questions as meetings occur as well as afterward, via email.”
The public may participate in meetings as they occur by accessing Zoom.

All public comments will be read into the official meeting record by the clerk of the commission.
