Nineteenth District Court Judge Sam Salamey (left) with his late mother Haji Fatmeh Salamey, who died earlier this month. The cause of her death was not immediately known. Sam Salamey has served as a judge in Dearborn since he was elected to the bench in 2012. He also was appointed to the 19th District Court as a judicial magistrate in 1993.
