Taylor police seek suspect in shooting

TAYLOR — Police are seeking Mark Anthony Lane III, approximately 20, in connection with the Sept. 9 shooting at Century Square Apartments in the area of Northline and Racho roads.

The incident took place approximately 11:25 p.m. According to reports, the suspect allegedly wounded his 21-year-old girlfriend in an exchange of gunfire with another man. The shooting victim is in stable condition.

Lane fled the scene in a 2013 Dodge Challenger (Michigan license plate EFY 3720). Lane is considered armed and dangerous.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact Lt. Andrew Snavely at 734-287-6611 Ext. 2007.
