Firefighters Burn Drive hosting drive-through Santa meet-and-greet Dec. 5

December 3, 2020 By Times-Herald Newspapers Leave a Comment

DEARBORN – To spread some holiday cheer while remaining safe and healthy, the Dearborn Firefighters Burn Drive will host a socially distanced version of their annual Santa meet-and-greet tradition.

The event, which will be hosted at Dearborn Fire Station #2, 19800 West Outer Drive, begins at 6 p.m. Dec. 5. Until 9 p.m., Santa will be under the pavilion, and cars will line up in the parking lot to drive by and say hello to Santa. To remain socially distant, attendees will be able to place letters for Santa in a box, which he will read at the end of the night.

The event is free, but the Burn Drive always welcomes donations.
