LINCOLN PARK — Two Uniroyal tires, valued at $75 each, were reported stolen the afternoon of Dec. 31 from a black 2006 Chrysler Sebring parked at the High Times Smoke Shop, 3267 Fort St.

Surveillance video shows a man using a power drill removing the lug nuts from the driver’s side wheels, then jacking up the vehicle to remove the tires, before walking away with them. The man was white, about 6 feet tall, with a medium build, wearing black pants and a gray hooded sweatshirt.
