The driver of the Charger then accelerated at a higher rate of speed. Police advised Downriver Central Dispatch that there was a vehicle failing to stop.
The Charger then entered the I-94 west ramp and the driver turned off his lights. The officer following the Charger was advised to terminate. According to the report, the Charger continued driving on the expressway, but the officer was able to obtain the Charger’s license plate.
