DEARBORN — A wallet with $1,400 in cash and credit cards, which was dropped in the parking lot of Tim Hortons, 10005 W. Warren Ave., the morning of Feb. 11, was returned, with its contents intact, by the Good Samaritan who found it.

Store surveillance video showed the victim’s wallet falling out of his pocket as he returned to his vehicle, and then, four minutes later, a stranger picking up the wallet from the pavement.
