HEIGHTS — Police spoke with a woman regarding stolen merchandise taken from her house in the 5800 block of North Beech Daly Road April 20.
The woman said she ordered one pair of earrings, an umbrella, a salmon colored lined jacket, beaded bracelet and a pair of socks April 12 from Brothers and Sisters Greek Store. The package was delivered to the woman’s house about 4:40 p.m. April 20 so she went outside to retrieve the package. She discovered that the package appeared to be ripped open and empty. The total cost of the items inside was $83.78. When the woman contacted the company, she was advised to make a police report for the incident.
She was provided with an incident number and gave police the large empty packaging envelope along with documents listing the items that were ordered and their prices.
There is no suspect information.
