Drugs, weapons and cash were seized during the execution of a Michigan State Police warrant against a suspected cocaine dealer.

TRENTON — Michigan State Police announced the arrest of a 37-year-old Carleton man in connection to a narcotics investigation in Trenton.
The man arrested is also a convicted felon, according to the MSP Metro Detroit Twitter posts.
The Metro Narcotics Enforcement Team executed two search warrants on a suspected cocaine dealer Aug. 11 after an investigation.
Officers seized a large quantity of analogues — Xanax and Adderall — some of which are suspected to contain fentanyl, 23 grams of cocaine, 7 grams of MDMA — commonly known as ecstasy — 11 firearms, and $5,464 in cash.
MNET is a multi-jurisdictional narcotics task force comprised of local, state, and federal officers who were assisted during this investigation and execution of the search warrants by the Trenton Police Department and the Downriver SWAT Team.
Charges will be sought by the Wayne County Prosector.
