MELVINDALE — A window was broken and pried out of the frame at Community Church of Deliverance, 25005 Outer Drive the night of Sept. 13, but either the alarm or something else scared off the would-be burglar before they could enter the building.
The son of one of the church’s pastors met police officers in the parking lot, and when the pastor arrived with keys, they searched the building. No one was found inside, and the pastor said nothing appeared to be missing or damaged other than the window. A board up service was called to secure the building.
