TAYLOR — An incarcerated man used a Draft Kings online gambling account he created prior to being jailed, with his mother’s Social Security number and email address, to run up a $515 debt, the victim reported Nov. 24 to police officers.
She said she hadn’t opened any online gambling accounts on her own, and wished to document the incident.
