WYANDOTTE — A 19-year-old Dearborn Heights man was arrested for fleeing a traffic stop Feb. 28 after a high-speed chase that ended in Ecorse, when he hit a utility pole.

The man, who said he fled because he didn’t want a speeding ticket, ended up with a felony charge instead.
