DEARBORN — A 22-year-old Dearborn man’s speeding citation from Jan. 13 was changed in court to reckless driving in April following a prosecutor’s review of the case, in which the man was detected with LIDAR sensors driving 100 mph on eastbound Ford Road.

The driver admitted to speeding, and said he was on his way to school.
