DEARBORN — A mini bike being driven without a license plate, and with a broken headlight and tail light led to the arrest of a Detroit man at 3:25 a.m. July 20 near Wyoming Avenue and Blesser Avenue.
The driver did not have a valid driver’s license, and had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody, and the mini bike was impounded.
