SOUTHGATE — A black Apple Watch SE, a smart watch valued at $248, was reported stolen Aug. 28 after it was left overnight in the victim’s unlocked car, at Village on the Park apartments.
The victim used the “find my watch” app, and determined that it was somewhere in his apartment building, but neither he nor the responding police officers were able to hear the watch’s alarm go off when they activated the feature.
