LINCOLN PARK — A worried resident summoned police officers the night of Aug. 29 after they saw a person dressed all in black walking up to houses in the 700 block of Emmons Boulevard and knocking on doors.
The responding police officers canvassed the neighborhood, but did not discover anyone fitting the description.
