LINCOLN PARK — A man found dead Sept. 5 in the parking lot of Aldi’s Supermarket, 1200 Southfield Road, is being treated as the consequence of a medical condition and not the result of foul play.

Social media reports from witnesses indicate that the victim had blood on his head, but police officials are not releasing any details, and the investigation remains open.
