ALLEN PARK — Fraudulent savings and checking accounts were opened the morning of Nov. 28 with Bank of America by an identity thief using his name, an Allen Park man reported.
He said the bank notified him by email and he was able to close both accounts before any purchases were made. He also froze his accounts with the major credit bureaus.
