DEARBORN — Two firearms, a Glock G17 pistol and a Century Arms Micro Draco pistol, along with ammunition magazines for both, were stolen the afternoon of Dec. 2 from the interior of a black 2013 Ford Taurus while it was parked for 10 minutes at Dearborn Auto All 1, 13600 W. Warren Ave.

The victim, a River Rouge man, said the guns were in his car because he had been at a shooting range before stopping at the auto shop to enquire about the cost of repairing his vehicle. The ammunition was stolen from the glove box and the guns were taken from the car’s trunk. The man was unsure if the vehicle was locked.

Both guns were entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
