ALLEN PARK — A catalytic converter was partially removed from a Penske truck about midnight Nov. 28, when they were interrupted by midnight shift mechanics who heard noise in the north parking lot.
While the catalytic converter was left on the truck, it was damaged. The witnesses were unable to provide a suspect description.
