RIVERVIEW — A JC Penney merchandise order was either not delivered or stolen from her porch Dec. 9, a 55-year-old Riverview woman reported.
The victim said the package was shipped via UPS and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered.
A JC Penney representative recommended the customer file a police report.
