HEIGHTS — A catalytic converter was stolen the night of Nov. 27 from the undercarriage of a 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo while it was parked near a residence in the 8200 block of Hazelton Street.
The victim, a 57-year-old man, said his 37-year-old neighbor could provide a witness statement.
