LINCOLN PARK — A Facebook Marketplace ad for the rental of a Garden City house cost a 46-year-old Dearborn Heights woman a $500 deposit, which she paid Dec. 8 after seeing the listing online.
When the woman went to look at the listed property in person, she learned that she had been scammed.
