RIVERVIEW — An expired license plate seen on a vehicle on eastbound Pennsylvania Road near Fort Street Dec. 10 revealed that the driver did not have vehicle insurance, their driver’s license was suspended and they had several active traffic warrants with the Taylor Police Department.
The driver, a 23-year-old Taylor man, was advised of his warrants and released. His vehicle was impounded and towed, and he was cited for driving with a suspended license, for not having vehicle insurance and for having an expired license plate. He was offered a courtesy ride home, which he declined.
