TAYLOR — A Coleman CT100U 98CC minibike valued at $600 was stolen the afternoon of Dec. 31 from Dunham’s Sports, 11500 Telegraph Road, when a man selected a minibike and walked out of the store without rendering payment.
He was seen loading the minibike into the rear hatch of a silver 2004 Ford Escape, which had its license plate obscured.
The man, whose image was recorded on surveillance camera footage, was described as white and wearing a brown Carhartt jacket and overalls with a white shirt.
The minibike was not entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network because the store was unable to provide the minibike’s serial or vehicle identification number.
