LINCOLN PARK — A Green for Life-supplied trash bin was reported missing to police officials Dec. 16, after the resident learned that the waste hauler required that the claimant to file a police report prior to replacement.
The resident said the trash bin had been missing from the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue for several weeks. He said he did not know who might have taken it.
