DEARBORN — A man driving 70 mph in a 40-mph zone on westbound Michigan Avenue at 12:06 a.m. Jan. 16, between Evergreen Road and Brady Street, was cited for reckless driving and for having an expired license plate, after he passed a police officer while apparently racing another vehicle.
The man claimed he thought the other driver was following him, despite the fact that the two were driving side by side.
