RIVERVIEW — A 20-year-old Southgate man stopped for running a red light on west Pennsylvania Road at Grange Road the morning of Jan. 10 had his Toyota impounded and towed when it was learned that he was driving with a suspended license.
He was cited for that violation and for disobeying a traffic control device.
