RIVERVIEW — A 52-year-old Riverview man had his vehicle impounded and towed the night of Jan. 11 after he ran a red light on eastbound Pennsylvania Road near McCann Street.

A check of the Law Enforcement Information Network revealed that he did not have insurance for his silver 2009 Ford Focus and his driver’s license was suspended. He was told to contact 27th District Court for an appearance date. He was then given a courtesy ride to his residence.
