DEARBORN — A 34-year-old man living in the 1000 block of Mohawk Street reported to police officers the night of Jan. 12 that a man has been parking on their residential street in front of different houses in the evening, while never exiting his red Honda Civic.

The complainant said he spoke to his neighbors, and no one knows the man. He was described as white, with shoulder-length black hair. The vehicle’s license plate was provided to police officers.
