DEARBORN — A Detroit man who was driving a car with a broken tail light and no license plate, on Tireman Avenue near Roselawn Street the night of Feb. 2, was subject to a traffic stop, during which it was discovered that he did not have a valid driver’s license.

He was cited for driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without a license plate and for driving without proof of insurance. He was advised to contact 19th District Court for an appearance date.
