MELVINDALE — Van Buren Township police officers came to the aid of Melvindale police officers Jan. 29 by turning over a 26-year-old Van Buren Township woman with an active arrest warrant for fraud.
The transfer was made in the parking lot of the former Gardner White furniture store speed trap on Telegraph Road in Taylor. The woman was taken to the Dearborn Police Department, where she was booked and held.
