RIVERVIEW — A 34-year-old Dearborn man, whose vehicle license plate was obscured by its position inside a tinted rear window, was found to have a suspended driver’s license in two states when he was subject to a traffic stop the afternoon of Feb. 4 on westbound Pennsylvania Road near Grange Road.

The man, who said he had moved back to Michigan from Tennessee in August, did not legally change his address and had several active arrest warrants. He was cited for driving with a suspended license and failing to file a change of address, and was advised to contact the 27th District Court for an appearance date.

He was allowed to legally park the car, was told to not drive and was released at the scene.
