DEARBORN — A reckless driver stuck in a silver 2014 Toyota Avalon struck another vehicle the afternoon of Feb. 16 near Schlaff and Kendal streets while speeding north on Schlaff in the southbound lane in a no-passing zone.

The driver, a Dearborn man, then abruptly switched back to the northbound lane of Schlaff, cutting off another driver in the process.

A traffic stop was conducted and the man said he was driving the way he was because the other driver was using his cell phone.

The man was cited for reckless driving and told to contact 19th District Court for an appearance date.
