DEARBORN – Dearborn Public Library will host “Primordial Yoga with Layali” at 6:30 p.m. March 28 at Henry Ford Centennial Library, 16301 Michigan Ave, in room M-15 on the third floor. Registration is required.

“I am a 400-hour certified movement teacher with trauma-informed training and I’m excited to guide a free primordial yoga session,” said Loyal, the presenter. “Primordial yoga combines methods of nervous system regulation, somatic movement, and repetitive rhythm with traditional yoga. It activates the pockets around and behind the muscle as well as clearing any clogged emotions and energy.

“Join me for a relaxing slow flow and sound bowl session! Be inspired to move your body with care and intention.”

She can be found on Instagram: @lyingallies
