HEIGHTS — A 40-year-old Dearborn Heights man reported March 16 that in mid-February he received a notice in the mail from AT&T that there was a past-due account in his name.
The man, who said he has never had an account with AT&T, was told to file a police report to initiate an investigation by the service provider to resolve the issue.
