DEARBORN — A Dearborn man reported March 26 that he was able to take a photo of the license plate of a man whom he said has been following him on the road, as well as on foot in a local store during the past year.
He said the person, who followed him in a 2011 Honda Pilot, did not speak to either him or his wife when the man followed them into a retail establishment.
