TAYLOR — A black BMW SUV with no license plate fled from a police-initiated traffic stop at 1:23 a.m. April 12, fleeing north on Telegraph Road to eastbound I-94.
The vehicle was measured at 80 mph on Telegraph, and accelerated to 100 mph on eastbound I-94, at which time the police officer opted to terminate the pursuit out of concern for public safety.
