LINCOLN PARK — A black 2017 Kia Soul was reported stolen the morning of April 1 from an underground apartment complex parking garage in the 1500 block of Fort Street.
The victim said she last saw her vehicle at 10 p.m. the night before. She was still in possession of the keys, and there was no glass near the parking spot to indicate a broken window to facilitate a break-in. There were no surveillance cameras in the parking garage and no suspects.
