SOUTHGATE — A drunken man who passed out in a vehicle not belonging to him on March 17, in the 14000 block of Poplar Street, may have left his car keys behind, said the vehicle owner, who turned the Chevy car keys over to police.

The vehicle owner described the intoxicated man as white, in his mid-30s and about 5 feet 10 inches tall.
