LINCOLN PARK — A purple 2021 Dodge Charger parked in the 1300 block of Chandler Avenue was damaged during the early morning hours of April 26 when a would-be thief broke the sunroof to gain entry and damaged the steering column wires in an unsuccessful attempt to hotwire the car.
A neighbor leaving for work said they saw a gray Dodge Charger flee from the area when they took a closer look at the suspicious activity.
