RIVERVIEW — A 44-year-old Lincoln Park man who was driving on Grange Road April 24 with an expired license plate was subject to a traffic stop, which resulted in his Pontiac Vibe being impounded and towed due to its lack of insurance and his driver’s license being suspended.

A record check showed that Riverview police had given him tickets twice in the past for the expired license plate. He was told to contact 27th District Court for an appearance date.
