MELVINDALE — An intense blue light that a neighbor has shining from a window has caused frustration and distress to one of their neighbors in the 18600 block of Reed Avenue.
The complainant said she has epilepsy and her son is autistic, and the blue light bothers them both.
The resident with the blue light was unwilling to remove dim or remove it. They suggested that their neighbor get blackout curtains, which the complainant said she cannot afford.
The responding police officer advised the shift supervisor of the ongoing situation.
