TAYLOR — An Apple MacBook laptop reported stolen the afternoon of July 15 was tracked to the victim’s ex-boyfriend’s Detroit residence.
The woman reported that her home in the 15600 block of Park Village was broken into, with her Ring doorbell cam stolen and her dining room ransacked.
The victim said she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend the night before and they had subsequently broken up. He did not live with her.
A glass hookah pipe, a window screen and an interior surveillance camera were damaged during the break-in.
