TAYLOR — A 43-year-old Dearborn Heights woman at a self-checkout station at Walmart, 7555 Telegraph Road, was cited for retail fraud Jan. 10 when she failed to scan some of her items, bagging them without rendering payment.
Her actions, which were caught on surveillance camera footage, were for merchandise with a $60 retail value. She was stopped at the exit doors by loss prevention personnel and detained until police officers arrived.
