LINCOLN PARK — A woman reported March 21 that two checking accounts and two savings accounts were fraudulently opened online in her name with U.S. Bank, which contacted her by mail for verification purposes.

In addition to filing a police report, the victim contacted the U.S. Bank fraud department, and indicated that she would file a report with the Federal Trade Commission.

The woman said she had not been subject to any financial loss.

She was advised to monitor her credit reports.
